Application process and arrangement of 2018 senior three college entrance examination

1、 Application time: (this college entrance examination is divided into two stages: the first stage is information collection and the second stage is online application)

Note: 1. Students who apply for academic level examination as social youth shall be treated as former students.

2. Candidates who can't read their ID card shall collect the information first by temporary ID card or household register, and then read and confirm the ID card information after the ID card is completed. Candidates who collect ID card information by inputting must sign the letter of commitment for confirmation of ID card information and keep it for future reference.

2、 Materials required for qualification:

A. Former students:

1. Original of second generation ID card

2. Copy of the positive and negative sides of the second generation ID card (copy on the same side of the paper, for later filing)

3. Original account book (including the account book of the child and his / her parents, if not in one, please provide it)

B. Students who are not past students of our school: (including candidates from social registration point of Hefei examination institute)

In addition to the above three, there are

4. Student registration form (with official seal of the school and the seal of Education Bureau of other provinces).

5. Fresh student: also need to study the copy of examination permit or study the copy of examination score.

Previous students: copies of graduation certificates or equivalent academic certificates are also required

C. The retired soldiers shall hold the certificate of placement method of retired soldiers in Anhui Province issued by the Civil Affairs Department of Anhui Province. (3) In the stage of higher secondary education, non graduates who register by means of fraud and illegally take part in the national unified examination for enrollment of general institutions of higher learning (hereinafter referred to as the national unified examination);

(4) In the previous year, the candidates who cheated in the national unified examination by means of communication tools, who took the place of others or who took the place of others were regarded as the candidates with serious cheating in the examination;

(5) Those who have been taken compulsory measures by the relevant departments or are serving their sentences for violating the criminal law
