Notice on collecting the emblem of the 16th science, technology, culture and Art Festival

Departments:
The 16th science, technology, culture and Art Festival of our university will be opened on March 26, 2018. In order to show the good spirit of teachers and students from all over the world, after the study and decision of the organizing committee, the emblem of the 16th science, technology, culture and Art Festival of Hefei world foreign language school will be publicly collected inside and outside the University. The relevant matters are as follows:
1、 Target: teachers, students, staff and people outside the school
2、 Collection time: from today to March 20
3、 Basic requirements for emblem design:
The emblem design should be able to reflect the connotation of "technology, culture and art" and the meaning of the 16th session. The emblem shall be novel, eye-catching and creative in composition, and shall not plagiarize other people's works, and shall bear the liability for infringement.
4、 Submission methods and requirements
1. Students' works will be collected by each department and sent to the school office. Teachers' works are sent directly to the school office or email to hfshiwai@qq.com
2. The design draft of the emblem shall be A4 color as far as possible (it is better to draw it by computer).
3. Deadline: 17:00 p.m., March 20, 2018.
4. All works are not returned. Please keep your own manuscript.
5、 Awards:
The school organizes professional teachers to select and select one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and several outstanding awards from each of them. For contributions from the school, one outstanding organization award is set up according to the number and quality of design contributions submitted by each department. Award the honorary certificate to the award-winning group and individual, and give some awards.
