The outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan (2010-2020) requires: "to improve the education information disclosure system and guarantee the public's right to know, participate and supervise education." As the guardian of the students, the parents of primary and secondary school students naturally become the stakeholders of school education, and have the right to understand and supervise the school running situation. The Junior High School Department of WWII has always adhered to the concept of running schools with characteristics and open doors, and actively established a parent committee in strict accordance with the requirements of the national program to improve the democratic system of the school department.
At 10 a.m. on November 20, the fourth parent committee of the Ministry of junior high school was held on time. The whole conference room is full of seats and the atmosphere is solemn and harmonious. The meeting was presided over by director Zhao Yuming of the junior high school department. At the beginning of the meeting, director Zhao expressed a warm welcome to the parents attending the meeting. Then, he gave a detailed explanation to the rights and obligations of the members of the family Committee, so that each parent could understand the essence and connotation of the family Committee. Secondly, director Zhao mainly introduced the five-year development track of the junior high school department to the parents, especially the improvement of the teaching quality of the junior high school department and the continuous progress made in all aspects. Next, Mr. Shao gave the letter of appointment to all the parents present, thanking them for their support and trust in the work of the school. At last, president Shao made a concluding speech and shared his own education experience with parents. He hoped that parents could fully trust our children and use more rulers to evaluate our children. He hoped that the children would become a compound talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor. President Shao's cordial words and sincere feelings have infected every parent present. They may think or smile. Parents' care and trust for the school is the inexhaustible driving force of the school's continuous development, and our work is double the result with half the effort due to the supervision and participation of parents. I believe that the establishment of the family committee will mobilize social resources, improve the education level and quality of parents, and have a huge impact on the healthy growth of students.
After the meeting, president Shao warmly invited our parents to enter the school's classroom and canteen to feel the children's learning and living conditions, and put forward valuable and pertinent suggestions for our work.
